I stopped in the Reynoldsburg branch yesterday and although it was the end of the day, it was not very welcoming. I only stopped in to make a deposit and the teller who assisted me made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. The last time I was there, I experienced this from another teller and it was earlier in the day. I rather drive 20 minutes from my house to feel more respected than to save time and gas.
Both Audra and the bank’s manager, Lisa are awesome employees. I always receive first class treatment. It is a pleasure to do my banking here.
Branch Manager was excellent. District Mgr, NOT.
