Great service, friendly and helpful.
In full disclosure, I am not thrilled by First Merchants as a bank and have moved most of my funds to a larger bank that offers more perks, ATMs, and greater transparency as a result. I also would have closed my account here recently altogether before talking to Lisa, who is incredible. Lisa truly went above and beyond, and turned my whole day around with her kindness.
