Recently had some fraud activity on online banking. Immediately came to the New Castle branch of First Merchants and began working with Customer Relationship Representative, Hailey Moore, who was outstanding! She was attentive and listened to the issues and began immediately working to find a solution. She explained everything in great detail and was very thorough and fast in trying to rectify the situation. I can not thank her enough for her help. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with any banking needs.
