Fraud detection is top notch, mobile app is really a pain(slow loading times, never loads) which on a bank app is a PITA. Customer service at this branch is okay but could use a little work. Can find better services as in terms of savings accounts elsewhere. No serious issues just small things that add up to make a customer feel like they weren’t really attended to. Been a customer for 4-5 years now.
We are so happy to be banking with First Merchants. We can always count on seeing familiar friendly faces like Yaralee and getting excellent customer service!
