I recently started banking with First Merchants Bank at the Graceland Center. All the staff has been pleasant and welcoming. The first time I encountered an issue the branch manager there took ownership of the issue from start to finish and made sure he communicated until my issue was resolved! Not did it get fixed, he exceeded my expectations! I think I found a bank who takes pride in putting the customer first!!!!
