Went into a first merchants Bank today and I was greeted by one of the customer service representative name shante. I let her know that I wanted to open up a checking account today and she was fast and friendly and she helped me out tremendously thank you for your great service at first merchants Bank.
Shante went over and above walking through the issue I was having between multiple banks. She was efficient and took the time to show me how to make it happen myself. Great customer service.
