I have been a customer of First Merchants since the mid-2010s, when they bought out my hometown branch. Overall, am satisfied with the organization as a whole, no major complaints. This review specifically has to deal with my interactions with this specific branch. I have had a interactions that were needlessly aggressive and hostile, stemming from the banking manager, Shawn Rosenberg's, attitude.
