The staff in Pendleton are always very nice. They always have a smile on there faces.

My first visit to this branch was today. The staff was so kind and professional. Olivia and Peggy were very accommodating. The branch was clean and festive for Halloween. Thank you so much!
I have been a member of the banks they acquired for the past 33 years. While everyone is friendly at this branch, the corporation has become "too big for their britches". Simple tasks are now 'unable' or 'due to policy". Very frustrating. Apologies arent helpful when it comes to money. Closed my account and went to PNC.
