I was here about a week and a half ago. and the two females in the front I had an attitude with. I wanted a money order with the money in my hand. They thought I wanted a money order. to pull out of my bank account. I should have been more clear. it's been bothering me. But they are fantastic workers. this is a great Bank with friendly staff all around, especially the guy at the drive thru. Everyone's great here. If I could give them 10 stars I would, I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed!
I just love how friendly the staff is and Oscar Gomez, the Client Relationship Banker, is so awesome... He is friendly and funny... a great combination...

So you are charging your CUSTOMERS a fee for change returned for cash currency? Be fair….its a privilege for customers to bank with you, and you want to take a portion of something you did not earn???
