My bank staff is amazing and I say my bank staff because, personal relationships are important. Each and every member that works at the Franklin Merchants Bank has went above and beyond for me at some point. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am. We need more Banks like this one. The staff that cares and takes care of their people. Im forever grateful.
Brenna has helped us out many times. She was very kind, she helped us out several times. I would recommend this bank to everyone. Mainly because how helpful she was.
The staff that work here and great and always pleasant to talk to, all auper helpful. However, just the past 2 years I have had to have my card remade 6!! Times. A week after I get it made, the tap/swipe/chip all quit working everywhere except their ATM. I'm beyond frustrated with the cards from this location. Not sure what causes it but I would go anywhere but here to have a new card made. Every other card in my wallet works except theirs, so it's not an environmental thing.
Very nice/professional young lady helped me out today. Brenna, thank you for looking out for your customers! It’s people like you that make this crazy world a little less hectic when it comes to solving financial problems. I Greatly Appreciate You and Everyone at First Merchants Franklin!
