The staff that work here and great and always pleasant to talk to, all auper helpful. However, just the past 2 years I have had to have my card remade 6!! Times. A week after I get it made, the tap/swipe/chip all quit working everywhere except their ATM. I'm beyond frustrated with the cards from this location. Not sure what causes it but I would go anywhere but here to have a new card made. Every other card in my wallet works except theirs, so it's not an environmental thing.

Do to my own mistake with taxes my account was frozen. They were able to get me through to the the people I needed to talk to in order to fix it. They were super sympathetic and helpful and even encouraging while I worked everything out!
