Friendly and personable, great app, easy to use features, this location took care of some checks quickly for me. Noticed a clean and polished setup with drive thru, can recommend their basic banking services however they desperately need some relevant CashApp type rewards on their credit cards.
I went to the bank with several questions, and Sandra helped me so much. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional, and she was able to help me with everything I needed. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Sandra!
OMGoodness!! I came into the Carmel branch on Rangeline at 4:54pm with A LOT of date-sensitive banking to do. Kelly C was SO pleasant to me, took her time, told me to stop apologizing, like she actually did not mind staying late! Her two coworkers were pleasant as well as they waited for her to finish, but Kelly was just above ans beyond. I won't ever forget it, or stop telling people about it! Thank you Kelly!!
