Great service with very friendly staff, always making one feel very well taken care of.
I had fraudulent charges on my account. I went to the Carmel branch at 9:30am and spent 45 minutes trying to get it addressed and get a new Debit card. They took and cut up my old card gave me a new card and said they would debit my account for the fraudulent transactions. The next day I received 12 more fraudulent transactions all from one of the fraud vendors Iocations I identified the day before.
