Terrible bank. Used mobile deposit to deposit my government paycheck. The accepted the deposit day one; however after close to a week they still haven’t made my funds available to me. Let my story be a warning if you need your money available, this isn’t the bank for you.
Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Mrs. Norris and the rest of the team were able to resolve my fraud case and return my funds in a single day. Very appreciative of this branch and I will continue to stay loyal to first merchants.
They didn't follow through with what they said they would do, causing me to make a 2nd then a 3rd trip back for something that should have been a one trip task.
