Luis was SO patient and professional with my mother And I. I appreciate so much when staff take extra time to help my Amma (mom) with anything involving the bank. Much appreciate his professionalism and gentle demeanor! When we come back we will hope that he’s there to greet us❣️
The people were nice and friendly. I went there on a Saturday to order a new debit card for my HSA account. After waiting two weeks, I called customer service to ask about my card, only to find out it had never been ordered. If the employee had made a mistake in ordering my debit card, I wished they would have called me to let me know.
