The lady who issues out the cards named marva is very condescending and smart mouthed. Today I went to get a new bank card because my old one was about to expire and she acted as if she didn't wanna issue me another one . Seemed to try to persuade me not to get another one. Also while I was talking to a bank teller she chimed in and said something smart. I think she is very unprofessional and rude and needs to go back to learning the basics of customer service.
