My customer service experience, when I first opened up with this Bank, was decent by today's standards. Unfortunately, now just having a direct deposit doesn't make things easier is almost mandatory to get anything done. This making the banks necessary in 2026. This leads banks into thinking they are without the need for customer service anymore. If customers are almost a guarantee then their opinion or their satisfaction is not required.
