This place sucks the soul out of its employees. Understaffed and overworked.
Highly recommend First & Main! High quality care facility with amazing staff!! I had the Opportunity to meet and chat with the New Executive Director (Angela Lester) she was so pleasant to speak with and is doing a great job making this place great again!!
Horrible place to work. Short staffed. Head nurse is dishonest and does not care about the residents. Would never put my family member there.
Our experiences started very positive when my Uncle moved in to the facility in December 2019. Once American House bought out First & Main and fired the 2 individuals that knew the residents the best it took a turn for the worst. Resident's walk around in soiled clothes with no staff to be found and there is not a good way to get in touch with them. They fail to be responsive to families or resident needs.
