I really like this bank. The employees are always friendly and eager to serve you. The interests rates are better than they were when First National was there. And I was surprised the other day to get a call from them just to wish me a happy birthday!! It makes it feel less of a banking experience and more like friends. Thanks First Liberty.
UPDATE: CEO Kelly Stretcher personally got involved in resolving this issue. Contacted Congress, offered to cover costs, and apologized. This is a level of customer service I did not expect, and I look forward to being able to write a glowing review when the issue is resolved. ‐-------------- This bank reported my Mom as deceased incorrectly, shutting down her pension payments, and Medicare coverage of her cancer treatment. Poorly management, she tells you something that is very important and turns lazy after you open account. Really SAD they have her in that position. Closing account, First Liberty do something about it please it could be someone's life at stake.
