UPDATE: CEO Kelly Stretcher personally got involved in resolving this issue. Contacted Congress, offered to cover costs, and apologized. Poorly management, she tells you something that is very important and turns lazy after you open account. Really SAD they have her in that position. Closing account, First Liberty do something about it please it could be someone's life at stake.
