I switched banks about a year ago and it has been the best bank I have ever had, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and Sarita is who I deal with the most, she is beyond helpful and is just always checking in to make sure my accounts are good. She even comes out to say hi when I’m just doing a simple transaction, they all make me feel like it’s my bank and I’m some VIP.
I have banked at First Liberty for 18 years, the customer service is amazing. The staff always treats our family just like we are one big family. The leadership takes pride in their jobs and truly cares about our community.
So far, I’ve only had one interaction with First Liberty and it was great. Ashley provided excellent customer service and was very professional, which is pretty rare these days. She made a great first impression for the bank. I wanted to test the waters, so to speak, with a personal checking account before I move my business accounts. Ashley made it quick and easy and accommodated my hectic schedule.
