I have had good experiences with other banks and some experiences which left me feeling less valued. I have never had the level of customer service First Liberty gives. I'm not the biggest customer. I recently opened an account. The girl opening the account was quick, available, friendly, personable yet professional. Today I went to the picnic bash. I don't know who is managing employees but Jody had her shirt tied high, low waisted jeans- midriff showing while she danced, serving food. Rather tacky and distasteful for a professional place.
