Negative stars is the actual rating. I am so glad to have a OneLegal account now. The website is not user-friendly compared to OneLegal. Two lack of customer service errors within a few days are the reason for this review: (1) they allow the runner to pay first-appearance fees twice for same client - explanation given was if the there are other parties in the case that have not appeared then the clerk will charge anyone who is filing papers regardless of their paid status???
