I have been banking with this bank for 4 years and although I set up overdraft protection they still charge me nsf fees even though my bills have still gone unpaid and when I called to confront them about it they simply hung up on me mid sentence. There is no atm and when called to ask for a routing number its common to receive attitude, I would not recommend this bank at all
Not necessarily this branch but over all customer service and ability to use the website along with how difficult setting up an auto payment process or a bank to bank transfer either doesn't work or they make it so difficult you can't do it in one day. I don't know where else to make a review but i will never be using Park National Bank for anything ever again.
A bank without an ATM is unheard of. This is 2021!
