Its a great bank as far my situation (i dont do well with change)some of the clerks have become friends. Some I don't know because they don't get to know me. Overall I just continue to speak and do business.
Just joined about 6 wks ago. I was with the biggest credit union here in Kingsport. Ive enjoyed it so far everyone very nice and helpful. LoL now if i could just get the popcorn thru drive thru.
I love this bank. My husband has been with them for almost a decade, I've been there for 5 years. They take the time to know you as a person and greet you by name. They also take the time to get to know your situation and treat you like a person. Not a credit score. There are several workers and tellers who act like I'm a lost friend walking in the door. I've never had a rude experience with them. Hopefully it stays this way as they expand.
