This branch in Swiftwater ROCKS. The staff there know everything. They helped me a lot. And they are super nice. Like a small town feeling. I opened up another checking account dedicated for my debit card, and Inga was super fast at setting me up. I also know Debbie and Kathy who helped me to set up online when there was changes some years ago. They are very knowledgeable too. VERY happy with them. As I said, they totally ROCK.
This is the friendliest bank i've ever seen. Always feel welcome and get personal service.
They have 5 stars in my book. Much better than the Stroudsburg branch. Kathy helped me fix my online banking account and even my BillPay where I pay my important bills from. I’m going to use this branch now instead of Stroudsburg!
