The bank tellers here are lovely, amazing and sweet. I had an issues at one time which was rectified quickly. This is the best branch of FKCB I've been to by far
The tellers are very good and respectful. But. The online banking has been changed and is terrible. I don't know who the genius was that designed it. But you can't see the check deposits. If you deposit 6 checks that total a $1000. You can only see the $1000 deposit . The old online system you were able to view each individual check. Also can't view statements unless you have online statement set up. then you won't get a mailed statement. How many more months will I have listen to were working on it.
