The tellers are very good and respectful. But. The online banking has been changed and is terrible. I don't know who the genius was that designed it. But you can't see the check deposits. If you deposit 6 checks that total a $1000. You can only see the $1000 deposit . The old online system you were able to view each individual check. Also can't view statements unless you have online statement set up. then you won't get a mailed statement. How many more months will I have listen to were working on it.

The ladies at the drove thru are always friendly but: UPDATE: less than 24hours after my review the situation has been resolved. I appreciate FKCB for their care and concern of their customers. I've had my bank accounts with FKCB for almost 10 years now, in which I've deposited my pay check from the same job. I've been depositing my checks with this branch for almost three years.
