I've been a customer for decades. At one point I had four accounts there, savings plus three checking accounts. I'm very happy with the bank. Such a big improvement over my previous bank. Five stars!
Great Bank! Best Customer Support Wouldn't bank anywhere else
This bank is really great, very friendly staff and they always answer the phones. Also did a commercial mortgage with them and was very happy with that too.
This was back when First Keystone upgraded their internet banking website 3 years ago. I said, "This branch SUCKS! No one is ever there. They don't answer the phones ever. I had to call Swiftwater to get help with the online banking! Kathy, an older woman over in the Swiftwater branch helped me out! The customer service at the Stroudsburg branch is a disgrace! This branch still sucks. Clearly Swiftwater is better. More knowledgeable and they have better parking. I wanted to deposit a distribution check into what is called a custodial money market account that I opened last April with Julie right there in the Stroudsburg branch. It has a better interest rate and your money really grows there. Well, I get there and the customer service is just plain not very smart. The older blonde lady said my check was too big.
