The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is because our bus, we were waiting for the T3. When we did get on to a bus they were clean and the drivers were friendly and helpful
Pretty good… most of the time. Services often & randomly get cancelled (usually at Falmouth) and passengers have to wait up to an hour for a bus! 70% of the time services are over 10 minutes late! meaning passengers are left outside in the Cornish weather 💦. Some buses need to go 😬 they’re very problematic. One broke down twice on the same route (U4). However, Stunning routes, (eg) Lands End coaster, Atlantic coaster really bring the companies standard up as they’re that stunning! Overall 4/5.
Looks a bit scruffy around the edges but the people who work here are professional and do a very good job
