Staff very judgmental and try to cheat you for the best deal for them. Don’t go here ever, even buying DVDs the staff was quite rude to me.
Worst pawnshop in town
Like most Missoula business's lack good customer service, employees act like they are the only pawn shop in town. I stopped there twice in the same day and tried to get them to step outside to look at a pick up bed full of mechanics tools only to be told "we need you to unload them and bring them inside" both times. Lack of staff was their excuse, staff in the back doing nothing should learn to close the door so they can't be seen.
They will sell your pawned items no grace piriod no tx no call and they treat you like carp. Never again will I give them my money.
These guys are always trying to get one over on you and they treat you like your an idiot the only thing cool is they're open Sunday I get treated alot better and get a better deal at nicklesworth
Rip Off Don't pawn your stuff at First Interstate Pawn! They will rip you off and break your stuff that you pawned. I pawned my labtop there for a month and a half, and when I went to get it out of pawn, it was broken. The owner was very rude and did not help me out with the cost of repairing my broken labtop, which his company broke. Very bad customer service. What is the point of getting your stuff out of pawn if it is broken?
