On multiple levels, First Interstate is such an inferior institution. As a contractor, deposits from my clients through FIB are more often late than on time. Secondly, nobody at any branch will answer a phone. Third, their hours are posted stating their drive through is open until 1 PM Saturday. Slowest and rudest service I have ever experienced at a bank. If time is valuable to you I would suggest going to a different location or switch banks.
Why is the drive-up ATM always out of service here? Seriously, you’re a bank. Who is responsible for this?
