I’m very sad to see first interstates service plummet so much this year. I am a business customer with over $1 million a year deposited and ran through the bank. I am currently looking for a new bank. Potentially a smaller bank, where they care about people more like first interstate used to be and before them Community First. They used to be managers and employees there who took an interest and cared about me and my business. That is gone. No longer do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Severely unimpressed with First Interstate Bank. They Have no Loan officers in the build anytime of day, they have only one loan officer for the entirety of CDA area, and can only get in by appointment. The communication throughout a the loan application process is severely lacking and you have no way in knowing how to get back in contact with your originated loan officer. I would not recommend going through this bank if you are looking for good communication skills and open dialogue through the whole loan process.

Their icorp banking app does not interface with new Samsung phones so you will need to change phones if you want to use it. They are becoming more like us bank, bank of America and all the other big banks. Less customer service, more holding on the phone waiting for customer support.
