Very very poor experience for years now. Almost posted several times, but well, "maybe things will get better", right? Wrong. Was a customer of Inland Northwest and Idaho Independent before FI Bank bought them. Scary thing is they jumbled accounts and to this day, years later, they cant readily find them in their system even with government ID. Bad counter experiences too. There are a lot of okay banks and great credit unions out there, but definitely not in that category here.
When First Interstate acquired my old bank, Idaho Independent I was not happy, I don't like change. However after a year or so I had changed my mind. Their money market savings account is awsome! Have had no issues with checking. Customer service is top notch.
