They've taken care of several problems I've had.
I don't like the 1st Interstate bank on Hanley in CDA idaho that i bank at anymore. They took over Community 1st bank a few years ago & I haven't been happy since. When it was Community 1st. the hours were better the staff was friendlier & u felt like they really cared about u & your needs. First Interstate is just another BIG bank corp. that only cares about their needs NOT the customers. Its definitely time for me to find a new bank...I'm so DONE!
First Interstate is a great bank. I’m from Montana and they have always gone above and beyond when interacting with me.
