I having been banking with First Interstate Bank, formerly INB, for over 20 years. I am extremely satisfied with their great customer service, especially with their assistant manager Sarra, at branch #4324 in Post Falls, ID. I made a mistake with counting out money and gave her more than I anticipated, as two bills were stuck together.
