I love this bank, very friendly and polite staff. Always have a smile on their face!
1st Interstate purchased my Bank (Great Western Bank), it has been a total mess from new fees to switching the routing numbers and closing offices. I would run as far and fast as possible from 1st Interstate bank. I will be shopping for a new bank.
Worst experience at a bank ever. Teller was rude ,disrespect, and mean. I have banked there for over 20 years and am now debating about switching. It is unfortunate that one bad employee can ruin a great relationship with business.
