I just called to obtain a mortgage statement for my CPA. Michael answered immediately. No wait time; refreshing! I gave him my name, collateral, address, phone number, loan number, favorite color, blood type, etc. He said he would see what he could do about that statement and the call dropped. This branch has exceptional customer service! I live a distance away and have driven down when needed and the financial services representative Andrew Lossing is consistent and awesome! If I can’t make it into the branch they are extremely helpful on the phone! I would recommend this branch to anyone needing the personal care and attention. Left stranded in a foreign country 3+ times without a way withdraw money. I alerted them in advance each time I left the country to where I would be traveling. It made no difference. I wasn’t able to contact the company for immediate help when my card was being denied because the time zones were so different, but boyyy did I try! They did send an automated message 8 hours later to alert me of the possible fraud (so helpful)!
