This branch has exceptional customer service! I live a distance away and have driven down when needed and the financial services representative Andrew Lossing is consistent and awesome! If I can’t make it into the branch they are extremely helpful on the phone! I would recommend this branch to anyone needing the personal care and attention. Left stranded in a foreign country 3+ times without a way withdraw money. I alerted them in advance each time I left the country to where I would be traveling. It made no difference. I wasn’t able to contact the company for immediate help when my card was being denied because the time zones were so different, but boyyy did I try! They did send an automated message 8 hours later to alert me of the possible fraud (so helpful)!
