Friendly staff, clean space!
i originally banked with home federal down town. then it became bank of the cascades, and then first interstate. i have had nothing but good experiences with this bank. the employees are nice, polite and always helpful. if you make a mistake once in a while they help you out. i will be staying with them, they are a good bank.
I started with the bank of Cascade now it's 1st interstate, the branch in Kuna, the 12 st in Nampa now on 13th and myrtle I have had great people, but they have no personal policy's I have had it better policy's in every bank account I've ever had,In Kuna Crystal was very helpful,Ms. Rodriguez at 12 street was great,Paul at 13 an Myrtle Really has the old school service he did personal service went out of his way to help me with different accounts now when I use my card to order something I don't worry about getting scammed ... read more
JCA has always banked with this bank and there is nothing but problems. As well as Nickel and diming 5+ year customers.
