I have had nothing but friendly and professional service throughout from the staff at First Interstate Bank. No matter how long it’s been since I have been in, Jordan always knows me by name. I find that quite impressive. And the fact that they have a notary service complementary for clients is priceless.

Not pleased at all, went to open a new account that’s closer to my home. Was told a debit card was going to be ordered that day it’s been way over 7-10 business days and then I call to see where my card is and told it was never ordered… who opens an account with out getting a card ordered? This is ridiculous. I do not suggest anyone to open with first interstate bank
