I loved Great Western. Interstate not so much. They don’t ever call back when they said they would.Not open on Saturdays.And it takes forever for your deposits to show up.I am very close to going to another bank.Had Great Western almost twenty years.
I liked great western better at least they were open Saturdays and now I can't use my online banking to check my accounts
Used to be a pretty good bank when I first made an account, but changed some policies and I had a big move that culminated to me not using my account very frequently and not noticing that my account had been overdrafted by an automatic withdrawal from a subscription service. Seems to be in their transition into their new system they lost (or never properly filed) mine and my finance's overdraft protection paperwork.
