I live in an elderly disabled income based apartments. I don't get SSD . I get direct deposit and was told if I get direct deposit I would not get a service charge. For the past three months I have gotten a $ 4.00 service charge. I have called to ask about this and was told someone would call me back. I have not gotten that call back.
