I was very concerned about the transition when Enterprise bought First Interstate Bank in AZ. Enterprise brought in a VP from CA named Stacy who was the glue that kept everything together. When I went down there after getting no where on the phone with support services setting up my online banking, there was a huge chance I would have withdrawn a large portion of my money to move to a new bank. The Beanch Manager froze my brothers account and returned his social security check to social Security, because he heard a rumor that my brother was deceased, instead of doing further research, he would’ve saw that my brother one account was closed and there were numbers cross referencing to another opened account because I became his guardian as he was incapacitated at that time..
