This bank has very little concept of proper customer service, they won't help you unless you pretend to be smiles, sunshine, and roses at their lack of proper help as if having to call everytime you need to use your debit card AT ALL is something to be HAPPY about. Been going downhill for awhile now, just bottomed out!! Wow, horrible service, horrible experience. Tellers who can't count, or know what a deposit slip is! Not kidding, just terrible place.
