For some reason First Interstate Bank has refused to go paperless following multiple requests over the past decade! Bank statements show up in my rural mailbox on a regular basis. I received one again today. Please STOP doing that NOW. Updated information and statements are only provided via mailbox apparently, a security risk for me. You offer paperless billing but I don't get that. A total failure to notify me about new elan Rewards Card until I received the new card in the MAIL. They call themselves a bank yet they won’t exchange bills taken out of their own atm machine right at the front door. The manager, Christina, is completely unhelpful. If there were zero stars…
