So what's going on? Your system was down Friday the 30th from 9am to close and now you're closed today because of new years? New years was yesterday, so their's no reason you guys shouldn't be open today. I wouldn't be having these issues if I would have received my bank card, that way i could just use an ATM. So I don’t usually write reviews for banks. However, every once in awhile you get some outstanding service and you want to mention it. This was the bank I chose based on local reviews and I go in fairly often to do my banking. The staff is exceptional, even running me out my items to my car when the lobby is closed. Always a great and professional experience. Thank you for everything you do! Those local reviews were correct in every way.
