My wife and I have had an account with this Bank's Casper branch since May, 1998, when we went to live there from York, PA. where we were resident from 1983 to 1997. Having moved back to Harrisburg, PA in July, 2011, we decided to keep our account with the Bank because of 1. the excellent service we received and 2. the possibility of our return to Casper, although as the years pass, that possibility grows increasingly remote ! steals your money out of your account without your knowledge or permission and then charges sky-high fees. find another banking institution, they think they're the only game in town
I have only banked with them for a few months, we are new to the area. They DO NOT take care of their customers, ecspecially if you don't have "money". I DO NOT recommend them, their internet banking is not useful (it isn't up to date), and you can never reach anyone on the weekends (no customer service provided through their 24 hr banking line). I hope that everyone avoids this bank, ecspecially if you are of the "lower" to "Middle" class trying to make ends meet.
