Wouldn't bank here to be honest. Signed up during the $300 enrollment period. Everything was in good standing for 3 months and was getting online statements then suddenly when the enrollment period ended I was automatically switched from electronic to paper statements. They clearly don't care because they didn't bother trying to retain my business or to make it right.
They have really good customer service when I have questions or concerns about my account

Customer service is great.
Carli at the Wahoo branch is great. However, the branch manager is NOT. I have now experienced 2 scenarios where he was unaware of bank policy, causing me issues with my account. I have had an account with GWB for almost 20 years- and Trever is the reason I will now bank elsewhere.
