Don't use the bank if you want to have access to your money. Several times my bank issued debit card has been locked and cancelled and I have had to wait for a new card in the mail 7-10 or more business days. The most recent time this happened I had to have 2 separate cards ordered because an operator activated a card that was in the mail. Apparently that was ok and wasn't a fraud risk but me checking the balance at the ATM is a fraud risk. I had to make over 40 calls to try to get access to my money by using a digital card ... read more
