I’ve never had a harder time with a bank in my life possibly 48 days to get my check cause I switched banks I understand a couple days but not 48 and the headquarters can’t help you with anything

The rudest bank employees I have ever ran across. They would not let me start a savings account because my drivers license address was not my current address. They told me over the phone that I could, so I drove a half hour there to find out they lied. The lady who sets up accounts was extremely rude, she made me feel like an idiot, I left there in tears because of the way she treated me. First Interstate Bank in Corydon Iowa is probably the worst example of a good banking business with good customer service. Ever since they bought out Great Western the entire banking situation has been a disaster. I have had a business acct there for over 13 years and a friend has had one for a long time and Dixie Daughton at First Interstate Bank of Corydon is one of the worst examples of a manager in a bank that I have ever seen.
