Very knowledgeable with getting foreign currency. Very personable and a pleasure to work with.
I’ve never had a harder time with a bank in my life possibly 48 days to get my check cause I switched banks I understand a couple days but not 48 and the headquarters can’t help you with anything

The rudest bank employees I have ever ran across. They would not let me start a savings account because my drivers license address was not my current address. They told me over the phone that I could, so I drove a half hour there to find out they lied. The lady who sets up accounts was extremely rude, she made me feel like an idiot, I left there in tears because of the way she treated me. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about starting an account there to find somewhere else to go. People like that should not work with the... read more
