I would NOT bank here. I called and asked for my current Debit card to be cancelled and for a new one to be mailed to out to me. Simple task for a bank associate. I love 2 hours away from my home and so I made a trip to receive my new card. This bank cancelled my NEW debit card and not my old one so 1. Anyone could have found my old card and wiped me clean of money. 2. Now I have the inconvenience of having to find time to drive home and receive another new debit card. NOT HAPPY.
