First Interstate decided to change their policy on their free checking account....which is no longer free. They bill you for a paper statement that is mailed. You now have to keep a certain amount of money in your checking account. You are now going to loose hundreds of accounts but I'm sure the bosses don't care. BOYCOTT FIRST INTERSTATE BANK!!!

Trying to work with one of the mortgage lending associates caused me nothing but concerns, confusion, and downright frustration. There was ever-changing information without adequate explanation, flat out ignoring and leaving me hanging whenever I had time sensitive questions.
