Been a customer for over ten years, haven't had many problems with them until recently. Changed their checking policies without informing. I was rendered five $33.00 in fees in a single day, I can understand one but five totaling $165.00 is ridiculous. I don't understand why any of my small purchases weren't just declined instead a $6.00 was suddenly $39.00 because of the fees rendered.
