I’ve been banking with First Interstate for over 12 years and each time I work with them it is just a pleasure that young man that works there is just a really great bank teller and I’m proud To say, I bank at first interstate in Bigfork Montana.

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because there is a newer blonde lady here who is so sweet and I love seeing her there. I wish I knew her name but she is the sweetest!

I've been banking with First Interstate Bank in Bigfork since I was 16 years old! That's nearly 10 years ago. My whole family has had a pleasant experience with their system and all their employees. Highly recommend!

I had my business checking account with this bank for the past 7 years with a consistent balance of 6 figures, and in the past, much higher. I received a, "Paper Statement Fee", of $2.00, in an attempt to force me into on-line banking. I went to the drive through window, because the lobby is closed, and spoke to one of their managers about the charge. I was told the charge would be refunded and I would never see that charge again due to my consistent balance. The next month the charge was refunded, and a new "Paper Statement... read more
