Tellers are great however the account officer was rude.
Always lovely staff, in lobby or the drive through.

Place is a joke. Had to wait in line with traffic twice to open an account. Got shooshed and moved along in a way that felt dismissive. I don't doubt they're good folks, but my god what a bad first impression. Decided to open an account at US Bank. The lady there was cool as heck and I didn't have to stank outside with the cars to use the ATM (twice).
