You can start here...My experience as of 7/17/20...requested funds transfer from SD UI funds to personal checking account. The entire staff was cold, unhelpful and acted like I was disturbing them rather than offering assistance. "Heather" at the teller station was equally cold, rude, sharp...everything a teller DOSEN't do in dealing with the public.
