Made my account, had to wait 10 days for a card. Okay. Waited 3 weeks! Had to call them to find out she sent it to the wrong address in the WRONG state, and it got sent back and I was never told. So, they made me a temp card and said they would order me a new card to the correct address, well that doesn't work either and she never ordered a new one. Genuinely terrible banking experience. Random account charges, service fees, and frankly unhelpful staff that tend to do the absolute bare minimum. Trying to deal with issues, the issues themselves consistently caused by the bank's shady business tactics, make this company an absolute headache. This isn't a bank, this is a business.
Atm has not worked for two days
I don't understand why this bank is so slow in helping people. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes this morning waiting for the 2 people in front of me to be helped. Every time I go here it's a 20 minute wait, even when I'm the only one at the window. I went to their other location and it literally took me 2 minutes to make my payment.
I love this bank! I've been with them for 20 years and they've always assisted with every random request that I have. Everything is done timely. There is a reason I've stuck with them throughout my travels. I live 12 hours away and still receive outstanding service! Marvin, Val, and Debbie have always taken great care of me!
