Genuinely terrible banking experience. Random account charges, service fees, and frankly unhelpful staff that tend to do the absolute bare minimum. Trying to deal with issues, the issues themselves consistently caused by the bank's shady business tactics, make this company an absolute headache. This isn't a bank, this is a business.

Love this branch. Staff are super friendly and greet me by name every time I walk in. I have been a customer w/ this bank since it was Great Western over 20 yrs ago and the wonderful service continues to be nothing short of amazing.
