Every time your bank is sold, you hold your breath- what will the new owners be like and will it still be a good bank? In this case the answer is a resounding, "TERRIBLE NEW OWNERS". Phone inquiries take about 30 minutes due to long wait times. Phone support staff is rude. Bank gets sold every few years! I have done business at this bank for 15 years, during which time the bank has been sold 3 times. My mother has had an account here for 67 during which time the bank has been sold 4 times.
